• Arriving at the apartments is possible after 15h on the day of the arrival, and please leave your apartment until 10.30 on your last day. If you require the host’s absence, please call +36-30-731-07-03.
• Regardless of the time of day, you must refrain from any noisy behaviour and activity that disturbs the peace of others in the apartment building and its common areas.
• TV, radio, video and speakers are only allowed, if they do not disturb others.
• You must keep the common areas clean, and only put thrash in the trash cans in your apartment.
• It is forbidden to bring animals into the building.
• It is forbidden to smoke in the whole building.
• It is forbidden to park in the court.
• It is forbidden to bring bicycles into the apartments.

• If your stay is longer than 7 days, please let us know if you need a plus cleaning, but we do clean the apartments every 7 days, and change the towels and the sheets.
