How do we get the keys?
We don’t use keys in the hotel. Before your arrival, we will send out a unique entrance code, a passcode which you can use to enter your chosen apartment on the day of your arrival after 3 pm. In the apartments you will also find a plastic card. You can also use that to enter your apartments by putting them on the display next to the doors.

When can we occupy the apartment?
Check-in is possible from 15:00 on the day of arrival, check-out is required by 10:30 on the day of departure.

How can we check in?
You can check in by using the app from the email we have sent to you before your arrival. We can also check you in at the hotel. There is no reception in the hotel.

Are there kitchens in the apartments?
Some of our apartments come with a fully equipped, mechanised kitchen. Please read the description of your chosen apartment for more information.

Is there a minibar in the apartments?
There is a mini fridge in all of our apartments which contains alcohol and non alcoholic drinks as a welcome gift, for free. In the apartments there is a Nespresso coffee machine and a tea maker also with free filters and coffee.

Can we bring animals to the hotel?
No, our hotel is not pet-friendly.

If we arrive with a baby, what items will you provide for us?
As a family friendly host, we provide baby beds, baby baths, and a high chair for all of our family quests.

Is it necessary to pay advance?
Yes, you have to pay a 30% advance of the whole price 3 days before your arrival. You can pay by transfer or by SZÉP card.

If I cancel my reservation, will I get my money back?
Accommodation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival. After that, we charge the full 100% penalty.

Is it free to park there?
You can park on the Danube side of the apartment hotel in the public parking lot on Dunakorzó (number 6) and Lázár Cár tér. You can park for a fee. The parking fee is HUF 530/hour, every day of the week from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. The parking code is "2013" (06 20/30/70 7632013). Free public parking is available at Dézsma utca, Hold utca, about 10 minutes' walk from the apartment hotel.

Can I park in front of the hotel?
The entrance street of the apartment hotel, Szentendre's pedestrian street, is Bogdányi út. You can only drive in here with a permit. The penalty for driving here without a permit is 30,000 FT. Our guests can use the Dunakorzó next to the building, or Lázár Cár tér, by paying a public area fee.

Is there a WIFI?
Due to the extensive size of the area, we have several routers, so we also have a wifi signal. The WiFi code is posted in the apartments.

I am disabled, is the accommodation accessible?
Unfortunately, our accommodation is not accessible.

Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?
The apartment building is non-smoking, the built-in smoke alarm system is also activated for cigarette smoke.
